NutriAsia accelerates digital shift with SAP Cloud ERP

NutriAsia is pushing its digital transformation into a new phase as it rolls out SAP Cloud ERP Private across its operations, reinforcing its drive toward greater agility, efficiency, and productivity. The move builds on the successful completion of the company’s cloud migration under the RISE with SAP journey and signals a deeper evolution toward harmonized, future-ready processes.

Working with delaware Philippines, a global SAP Platinum Partner, the country’s leading condiments and sauces manufacturer is set to modernize and optimize its core systems to support continuous growth in a fast-moving FMCG environment. The implementation is designed to deliver real-time visibility, streamlined operations, and stronger resilience across the value chain.

“This project goes beyond adopting SAP best practices. It is about institutionalizing innovation and creating smarter, more agile ways of working,” said Vergel Villacorta, Information Technology and Digital Transformation Group Head of NutriAsia. “With this overhaul, we will gain real-time insights that help minimize disruptions and enable faster, better decision-making across our operations.”

Villacorta underscored that the success of the initiative hinges on close coordination and collaboration among NutriAsia, delaware, and SAP, highlighting teamwork as a critical enabler of transformation.

As the next milestone in NutriAsia’s digital roadmap, the project will introduce advanced capabilities such as automated compliance reporting, enhanced warehouse utilization, and improved batch management. Tailored to the scale and complexity of an FMCG leader, the rollout will overhaul systems across 15 critical functional areas, spanning manufacturing, distribution, and investments.

NutriAsia President and Chief Operating Officer Angie Flaminiano described the initiative as both a renewal and a forward leap for the organization. She said the company is now focused on completing its transition into a resilient and intelligent enterprise.

“This digital transformation is an enterprise-wide priority for NutriAsia,” Flaminiano said. “It is about building a sustainable, scalable, and future-ready core that allows us to run simpler, faster, and smarter processes, while staying ready to seize opportunities in a rapidly changing market.”

For delaware Philippines, the partnership highlights the power of collaboration in creating long-term value. Partner and Managing Director Rosette Carrao noted that the shared commitment between teams is central to the project’s impact.

“This journey is meaningful because it reflects our collective dedication to building solutions that will support NutriAsia’s growth for years to come,” Carrao said. “It is more than a systems shift; it is an investment in people, collaboration, and lasting value.”

Adding a global perspective, delaware International Partner Yoeri Coessens emphasized that the transformation will help reinforce NutriAsia’s leadership in the FMCG sector. He pointed to harmonized processes, innovation, and real-time analytics as key advantages enabled by a future-proof SAP cloud platform.

From SAP Philippines, Managing Director Jill Santos said SAP Cloud ERP Private is designed to help companies accelerate their transition into intelligent enterprises while protecting existing SAP ERP investments. She explained that the platform enables advanced capabilities, application development, and process automation while maintaining a clean ERP core.

“We are proud to support NutriAsia’s vision of building a resilient, future-ready foundation that drives agility, efficiency, and sustainable growth,” Santos said.
