Multisys Technologies Corporation, a powerhouse in software-as-a-service (SaaS) and system integration, is celebrating its 15th year in the industry with major milestones that cement its reputation as one of the Philippines’ most trusted tech companies.
An affiliate of PLDT, the country’s largest telco and digital services provider, Multisys enters this new chapter with fresh global certifications, deeper partnerships with global tech giants, and a sharper focus on artificial intelligence (AI) innovation.
Global certification secured
In a major win for data security, Multisys successfully renewed its ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS), following a rigorous audit by global certifier QRC Assurance and Solutions Corp. The renewed certification affirms that Multisys adheres to international best practices in protecting digital assets—implementing robust organizational, technical, and physical safeguards.
Strengthened global partnerships
CEO and president Vic Tria announced the company’s newly solidified alliances with some of the biggest names in tech. Multisys is now an official Google Cloud Partner under the “Build” category, enabling it to create software solutions optimized for Google infrastructure. This supports Multisys’ aggressive push to integrate AI across its product suite.
In tandem, the company is also ramping up AI-driven offerings such as geospatial intelligence, smart contact centers, and virtual AI agents.
Meanwhile, ServiceNow—a major U.S.-based cloud computing firm—has tapped Multisys as part of its Consulting and Implementation Partner Program. This gives Multisys the ability to resell and integrate ServiceNow’s digital workflow solutions across industries, elevating its software development and systems integration capabilities.
Record-breaking 2024
The numbers speak volumes. In 2024, Multisys achieved its highest performance to date—doubling its revenues with a 105% year-on-year increase and posting a staggering 212% growth in net income.
A key driver of this success is its strategic collaboration with PLDT Enterprise, which leverages Multisys’ digital tools to fuel business transformation across sectors. The duo has rolled out several telco-integrated platforms, including:
- Enterprise portals
- Business support systems
- Payment gateways
- Dealer management systems
- Streamlined order portals
These innovations are designed to boost operational efficiency and customer engagement for enterprise clients.
Expanding Its footprint abroad
Multisys is also taking its success overseas. In Brunei, it has teamed up with the country’s largest telecom company, DST, to co-develop Brunei’s first-ever Super App—a project that signals the company’s growing influence in Southeast Asia’s digital ecosystem.
Industry recognition
Capping off a stellar year, Multisys was named SME of the Year at the 2024 SOLAIA IT-BPM Awards and was a finalist for Technology Company of the Year, standing alongside industry giants like Accenture, IBM, GENPACT, Collabera, and MDI Novare.
Looking ahead
“Our 15-year milestone is more than just a number—it’s a reflection of the trust our clients and partners have placed in us,” said Tria. “We’re committed to pushing the boundaries of technology while staying true to our core mission: delivering secure, intelligent, and transformative software solutions that create real impact.”
As it celebrates its anniversary, Multisys shows no signs of slowing down—only scaling up, innovating further, and reaching farther.
