Mary Mediatrix  ties up with with Singapore’s Mount Elizabeth

In a bold move to deepen its healthcare offerings, Mary Mediatrix Medical Center (Mediatrix) has entered into a strategic partnership with Singapore-based Mount Elizabeth Hospital under the IHH Healthcare Medical Affiliate Program.

This alliance aims to boost the quality and accessibility of specialist care for patients in Batangas and Southern Luzon, bringing global-level medical expertise closer to the region.

Mediatrix, a well-known tertiary hospital in Batangas, plans to leverage Mount Elizabeth’s renowned capabilities in areas like cardiology, oncology, and neuroscience.

Through this collaboration, Mediatrix can tap into IHH’s extensive medical network and advanced technologies, while Mount Elizabeth gains a stronger foothold in the rapidly growing Filipino healthcare market.

This partnership comes at a pivotal time. Mediatrix has just inaugurated a ₱500-million, five-storey expansion (Annex 2), significantly increasing bed capacity and bolstering critical services such as its cardiac and neurological care units.

For Mount Elizabeth, which is part of IHH Healthcare via Parkway Pantai, the deal reinforces its broader strategy of expanding its regional reach while elevating care standards.

According to Mediatrix, this is not just about expansion: it’s about delivering patient-centered care with world-class resources, strengthening its role as a key referral center in Southern Luzon.
