President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. appoints former Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Nicolas Torre III as the new General Manager of Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
Months after the Torres was axed form his position as the PNP Chief. Marcos Jr. appoints him to a new position in the MMDA, replacing Procopio Lipana.
