Mandaluyong City – A firm believer
in luck and persistence has officially
claimed the P97,897,380.40 jackpot
prize from the Super Lotto 6/49 draw
held on June 26, 2025.

The bettor’s winning ticket was
purchased from a lotto outlet in
Barangay Kruz na Ligas, Quezon
City, and the prize was claimed at
the PCSO Main Office just a day
after the draw, June 27, 2025.

The winning combination, 25-08-05-27-18-16, was carefully chosen by the winner.

According to him, the numbers were based on birthdays of his family members, a personal strategy he has been using for five years of playing the lotto.

The winner also shared that his relative won a lotto jackpot long ago, which
strengthened his belief in the games. He regularly places bets three times a week,
with his biggest prize before this jackpot being four matching numbers.

“Kung may extra budget kayo na pwedeng itaya sa lotto, subukan nyo lang.

Kagaya ko po, hindi po ako sigurado kung kailan ako mananalo, pero naniniwala ako sa
swerte,” the winner shared, encouraging others to try their luck responsibly.

City, where winners are required to
present the original signed winning
ticket and two valid government-issued
IDs for verification.

Under the TRAIN Law, prizes
exceeding ₱10,000 are subject to a
20% tax deduction, and all prizes must
