Kris Aquino recently shared a glimpse into her colorful love life, revealing on social media that she briefly dated actor and comedian Anjo Yllana during the early 1990s.
In her November 17 post, Kris recounted celebrating their first month of dating and an encounter with a “third party” that ultimately led to the end of their relationship.
“Anjo Yllana You filled my room with pink balloons for our first monthsary (hindi ako proud but he said at he started we didn’t last 3 weeks because pinagsabay ko sila ni Robin. Wala syang kasabay. Anjo, ano ba, we were outside my mom’s house hinatid mo ko- may naghihintay. It was a big surprise for me & you.

At the time, Kris had also been linked to other leading men, including Aga Muhlach, Gabby Concepcion, and Robin Padilla, with Padilla later admitting in a 2010 interview that their relationship’s failure was partly his fault.
Earlier this year, Anjo confirmed in a vlog interview with Snooky Serna that he and Kris began dating after working together in films. Their first project was the 1992 movie Ang Siga at Ang Sosyal, followed by Pempe ni Sarah at Pen in 1995, where they shared lead roles alongside child actor Vandolph.
