According to International Criminal Court (ICC) Assistant to Counsel Attorney Kristina Conti, there is a possibility that the assets of former President Rodrigo Duterte could be frozen in connection with the cases filed against him.
Conti explained that it would be up to ICC prosecutors to decide whether to file a motion in court requesting the freezing of Duterte’s assets.
