Three all-electric models from Hyundai Motor Group have been named top EV picks in three categories at an annual U.S. car awards, the company said Friday.
Hyundai Motor Co.’s Ioniq 5 and Ioniq 6 were named the Top EV Picks of 2026 in the Electric Car and Two-Row Electric SUV categories, respectively, by Cars.com, a leading U.S. automotive review website, the group said in a press release.
Both models earned the recognition in their categories for the second consecutive year.
“Our team works hard to deliver best-in-class electric vehicles that bring together innovative design, impressive efficiency and advanced technology. This continued recognition from the team at Cars.com reinforces Hyundai’s engineering prowess,” Ricky Lao, director of product planning at Hyundai Motor North America, said.
Hyundai’s smaller affiliate Kia Corp. also received honors, with its EV9 named Top EV Pick in the Three-Row electric SUV category.
