Innovation meets inspiration as HUAWEI partners with Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation (MPTC) and DuckWorld PH to launch “Tour of Luzon: The Great Revival.” Once a cornerstone of Asian cycling that first hit the road in 1955, the race makes a powerful comeback this year — aiming to ignite national pride, foster regional unity, and champion wellness through the thrill of sport.
As a global innovation leader, HUAWEI has always been committed to creating technology that goes beyond convenience — technology that uplifts lives and strengthens communities. From game-changing smartphones to smartwatches that double as both fitness companions and style statements, HUAWEI’s vision is clear: to connect people through smarter living.
Since 2015, HUAWEI has redefined wearable technology, consistently pushing the limits of design and performance. In 2024, it took another bold leap with the launch of the HUAWEI TruSense System on the HUAWEI GT 5 Series — featuring timeless aesthetics, cutting-edge health monitoring, and support for over 100 sports modes, including cycling.
Through this partnership with MPTC, HUAWEI demonstrates how technology can not only bridge distances but also preserve cultural heritage, empowering athletes and everyday individuals alike to live healthier, more connected lives.

With the Tour of Luzon 2025, HUAWEI drives its mission forward: promoting wellness, celebrating legacy, and strengthening communities through the power of innovation. Their collaboration with the MPT DriveHub Cycling Team ensures a smarter, more connected race experience — blending the rich history of Philippine cycling with the possibilities of today’s technology.
