Gravelton 2026 returns to Clark, promising ultimate test of grit, gravel, and adventure

CLARK, PAMPANGA — The Philippines’ premier gravel cycling race is gearing up for another thrilling ride. Gravelton is officially returning for its fifth edition on October 25, 2026, transforming Filinvest Mimosa Plus Leisure City in Clark, Pampanga into the ultimate playground for gravel riders from across the country and beyond.

Following the success of its previous editions, Gravelton Clark 2026 is set to bring together hundreds of cyclists for an exhilarating showcase of endurance, resilience, and camaraderie. Widely regarded as the country’s definitive gravel cycling race, the event has become a staple in the local cycling scene, challenging riders to conquer Central Luzon’s rugged trails while celebrating the unique culture of gravel riding.

Set against the world-class backdrop of Clark and Filinvest Mimosa Plus, this year’s race promises an elevated experience that blends fierce competition with the unmistakable spirit of the gravel community.

“Gravelton started with a simple idea: to bring people together through a gravel event. It’s about the race, the celebration, the stories, and the shared moments that happen along the way. More than anything, it’s our way of building a gravel experience that feels authentic, memorable, and proudly our own,” said Ritchie Santayana, Group Category Director of Gruppo Innovare Corp. and Specialized Philippines, the organizer of Gravelton PH.

“From the toughest terrain to the post-ride festivities, we are elevating every aspect of the event to showcase the grit of gravel riders, while strengthening the bonds within our local and international gravel racing communities,” he added.

The fifth edition of Gravelton will feature multiple race categories designed for riders of varying skill levels, offering everyone—from seasoned gravel racers to aspiring adventurers—the opportunity to experience Clark’s signature off-road routes. Participants can expect a demanding yet rewarding course that highlights the region’s natural landscapes, challenging terrain, and scenic vistas.

More than just a race, Gravelton has earned its reputation as a community-driven celebration of cycling. Riders can look forward not only to an unforgettable test of endurance but also to a vibrant festival atmosphere filled with post-ride festivities, brand activations, and opportunities to connect with fellow cycling enthusiasts.

This year’s event also reinforces the growing synergy between cycling and tourism in the Philippines. Gravelton 2026 is supported by the Philippine Cyclo Tourism initiative of the Tourism Promotions Board (TPB), which was officially launched in May 2025 to position the country as a premier cycling destination.

Spearheaded by Senator JV Ejercito and TPB Chief Operating Officer Maria Margarita Montemayor Nograles, the initiative aims to develop and promote bike-tour circuits nationwide, showcasing the Philippines’ diverse landscapes through cycling experiences that benefit both local communities and tourism.

In partnership with Specialized Philippines, GoRacePH, leading lifestyle and cycling brands, and local cycling groups, Gravelton continues to champion the country’s thriving gravel scene while helping put Philippine cycling tourism on the global map.

As the countdown begins, Gravelton Clark 2026 is shaping up to be more than just a race—it is a celebration of grit, adventure, and the growing community that continues to redefine what it means to ride beyond the pavement.
