Grab Philippines has introduced the Buhay Asenso Cash Loan, a financing program for Grab drivers, delivery-partners, and MOVE IT rider-partners, providing quick access to funds and monthly perks to help them stay on the road.
“Accessible financing is central to a thriving gig economy. Gig workers, such as our driver-, rider-, and delivery-partners, deserve reliable lifelines for urgent needs and long-term goals — from healthcare expenses and tuition to small-business ventures,” said CJ Lacsican, Grab Philippines Vice President for Cities and Grab Financial Group Country Head.
The program also promotes financial, physical, dental, mental, and vehicle wellness, offering vehicle maintenance discounts, basic health consultations, and tuition-fee support. Credit is accessible through the mobile apps used daily by partners.
Monthly perks are organized into three tracks via rotating in-app offers:
Pangkabuhayan – Discounts on car maintenance and oil changes through Rapide and SeaOil
Pampamilya – Everyday savings via GrabMart vouchers and tuition discounts through NBS College
Pangkalusugan – Free consultations at Healthway clinics
