Competing on the demanding swim-and-run course at the Sanya Bay Photography Base, the Filipino quartet clocked 1:05:26 in a race that tested both speed and stamina under coastal conditions. The team was composed of Andrew Kim Remolino, Iñaki Lorbes, Erika Nicole Burgos, and Raven Faith Alcoseba.

China capitalized on home advantage to clinch the gold medal, while Hong Kong secured silver and Japan completed the podium with bronze.

For the Philippines, the result marks a meaningful step forward. Cracking the top five against established East Asian powerhouses highlights the squad’s growing competitiveness and provides a solid foundation as the program sharpens its lineup for future continental campaigns.
