FIFA unveils 2025 Club World Cup trophy, designed by Tiffany & Co.

FIFA unveiled the new trophy for the 2025 Club World Cup, crafted in collaboration with luxury jewelry brand Tiffany & Co., marking a bold new chapter for the tournament, which will feature an expanded format with 32 teams.

“The trophy had to be innovative, inclusive, ground-breaking and truly global, as this competition is,” FIFA president Gianni Infantino said in a statement. “The FIFA Club World Cup trophy—a remarkable equivalent to our iconic FIFA World Cup—is a revolutionary symbol of a bright, new future for club football, inspired by the past.”

Made from 24-carat gold-plated metal, the trophy boasts a design of four rotating discs connected by pins, symbolizing unity and movement. Intricate laser-engraved inscriptions and symbols adorn the surface, highlighting key moments in football history, giving it both artistic and historical significance.

FIFA’s revamped tournament will feature 32 teams from six confederations, split into eight groups of four. The top two teams from each group will advance to a knockout stage, culminating in a single-elimination format. The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup is set to take place in the US from June 15 to July 13 next year.
