Eton Properties triumphs with four honors at 2025 FIABCI Real Estate Awards

Four awards displayed, including two gold and two silver, from the 2025 FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards, highlighting Eton Properties' achievements.

Eton Properties continued its winning streak with four major accolades at the 2025 FIABCI Philippines Property and Real Estate Excellence Awards, held in Quezon City.

The real estate firm secured two Gold Awards. Eton Tower Makati took top honors in the Mixed-Use Development category, recognized for its high-end amenities and the seamless integration of residential and commercial spaces in Makati’s bustling business district. Meanwhile, Eton City Square in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, earned the Gold Award in the Retail category.

The development, part of the sprawling 600-hectare Eton City township, was commended for fostering commercial growth, particularly in the food and lifestyle sectors, while enhancing community living and generating local jobs.

Eton also received two Silver Awards. The Eton City township was lauded in the Master-Planned Community category for its sustainable and integrated urban design. Centris Cyberpod Five, located within the Eton Centris township in Quezon City, earned recognition in the Office category for its intelligent architecture and positive impact on the local business ecosystem.
