Epson is reshaping the way Filipinos think about home entertainment with the launch of its new Lifestudio portable projector lineup—devices that deliver near-4K visual quality on massive screens, rivaling large-screen 4K televisions while offering greater flexibility and comparable pricing to mid-range TV brands.
Introduced in Southeast Asia this January 2026, the new Lifestudio range includes the Lifestudio Pop models (EF-61G and EF-62N) and the Lifestudio Flex models (EF-71 and EF-72).
for modern, hybrid lifestyles, these sleek and compact projectors blend cinematic performance, smart connectivity, and design-led aesthetics, earning international recognition with a 2025 Good Design Award. The Lifestudio Pop series was even named among the competition’s top 100 products for its minimalist and refined look.
As living spaces become more fluid—serving as homes, offices, and social hubs—the appeal of big-screen entertainment that can adapt to any environment is growing. Epson’s Lifestudio projectors answer that demand by offering immersive viewing experiences that far exceed the physical limits of traditional televisions.
While even premium TVs are confined to fixed screen sizes, Lifestudio projectors can fill entire walls, creating cinema-scale displays with vivid color and sharp detail that approach 4K-level clarity.
At the core of the experience is Epson’s Triple Core Engine, which combines advanced 3LCD technology with a triple color light source. This system produces bright, lifelike images with up to 1,000 lumens of both color and white brightness, ensuring consistent vibrancy even in rooms with ambient light.

Unlike single-chip projectors, the visuals are free from rainbow artifacts, resulting in smoother, more comfortable viewing—whether for movies, sports, or gaming.
Sound is equally immersive. Built-in stereo speakers powered by Sound by Bose technology deliver room-filling audio that eliminates the need for external speakers, reinforcing the idea that these projectors can replace a traditional TV setup altogether.
With Google TV built in, users can stream their favorite shows, movies, and live content directly from the projector, complete with personalized recommendations.
Portability is another key advantage. Weighing under four kilograms, the Lifestudio lineup is easy to move from room to room—or even outdoors. The Lifestudio Pop models weigh just 1.6 kilograms, making them ideal for on-the-go viewing, while the Lifestudio Flex series introduces flexible rotation that allows projection onto walls, ceilings, or unconventional surfaces without rearranging furniture.
The EF-72 goes further with a lamp-inspired design that merges projection, ambient lighting, and wireless audio into a single device, and can even be powered by a USB-C mobile battery for use in spaces without fixed power.
Smart automation features make setup effortless. Auto screen adjustment, keystone correction, wall color optimization, and obstacle avoidance ensure a perfectly sized image in seconds, even in challenging environments. Optional floor stands provide additional placement flexibility without the need for mounting or permanent installations.
Beyond personal viewing, Epson is positioning Lifestudio as a shared experience platform. The new Epson Projection Studio app allows gatherings to become interactive events, letting guests add photos, comments, and reactions to the projected screen in real time—turning parties and casual get-togethers into dynamic, communal moments.
“Our Lifestudio projectors are built for people who want big-screen experiences without being tied to a single space,” said Masako Kusama, president and director of Epson Philippines Corporation. “They offer the visual impact of near-4K projection, the freedom of portability, and pricing that makes them a compelling alternative to large-screen televisions.”
Priced between PHP 35,000 and PHP 62,000, with promotional bundles worth up to PHP 11,000, the Epson Lifestudio Pop and Flex series sit squarely in the range of mid-tier TVs—yet deliver screen sizes, flexibility, and immersion that flat panels simply cannot match. Available through authorized dealers and Epson’s official stores on Shopee and Lazada, the new lineup signals a shift toward bigger, more adaptable, and more expressive home entertainment.
