Epson Philippines Corporation has deepened its footprint in the Visayas with the opening of a new Cebu office at the Skyrise Beta Building in Cebu Business Park, underscoring the company’s push to bring its services and technologies closer to customers outside Metro Manila.
The inauguration drew Epson executives, local government representatives, and business partners, beginning with an office blessing and culminating in a ribbon-cutting ceremony that marked the official launch of the site. Cebu City Councilor Nice Archival joined company leaders in welcoming the expansion, noting the value of global technology players strengthening their presence in the region.
EPC President and Director Masako Kusama said the new office reflects Epson’s long-term commitment to innovation, sustainability, and responsive customer support, particularly in fast-growing regional markets. She highlighted Cebu’s role as a commercial and technology hub that continues to attract investments and talent.
“This new Cebu office symbolizes Epson’s dedication to staying closer to our customers, partners, and communities,” Kusama said. “We look forward to deepening our relationships in the Visayas and contributing to the region’s economic and technological progress.”
The program concluded with a toast led by Kusama, formally opening the new facility.
At the heart of the Cebu office is a dedicated Solution Center where clients and partners can experience Epson’s range of corporate and enterprise technologies firsthand. The space is designed for live demonstrations, small events, and future training sessions, allowing for more interactive and localized engagements tailored to Visayas-based customers.
With its location in Cebu Business Park, the new office is expected to strengthen Epson’s regional operations, improve customer support, and encourage closer collaboration with local partners. The move aligns with Epson’s broader mission of expanding access to innovative and energy-efficient technologies for Filipino homes and businesses.
