From April 18 to 21, Emirates is bringing the spirit of Easter and Orthodox Easter to the skies and lounges with a range of festive treats, traditional meals, sweet surprises, and special entertainment for travelers of all ages.
Between April 18 and 20, passengers traveling to destinations including Australia, Brazil, Canada, Europe, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, USA, and more will be treated to seasonal delicacies. The menu includes hot cross buns, Easter bread, and indulgent desserts like carrot cake with tres leches sauce, chocolate mousse with raspberry gel, and hazelnut fudge. Young travelers in all cabins will receive a cheerful, egg-shaped ‘Happy Easter’ biscuit.
In the iconic A380 Onboard Lounge, customers can enjoy simnel fruitcake topped with marzipan and delightfully themed Easter cupcakes.
Orthodox Easter specials
On flights from Dubai to Russia and Greece from April 18 to 20, First and Business Class guests will be served a traditional herb-crusted lamb dish accompanied by roasted potatoes, baby carrots, and tzatziki, followed by the classic Kulich Easter cake.
Easter delights in Emirates lounges
Across Emirates’ global lounge network, festive fare will be available from April 18 to 21. In Dubai’s First-Class lounges, guests can savor lamb chops in saffron-orange jus or enjoy a hearty lamb stew in the Business Class lounges.
Both lounges will offer an assortment of Easter cookies and decadent chocolate creations, from chocolate pots and gateaux to homemade milk chocolate ice cream.
Entertainment for the whole family on ice
Throughout the Easter period, Emirates’ award-winning entertainment system, ice, will feature over 6,500 channels, including nearly 2,000 movies. Families can enjoy new releases like Wicked, Mufasa: The Lion King, Sonic the Hedgehog 3, Diplodocus, and Hitpig. Movie collections from Disney Classics, Marvel Studios, and the Wizarding World—including all Harry Potter films—will also be available.
Kids can stay entertained with hit TV shows such as Sesame Street, Paw Patrol, Bluey, Spidey and His Amazing Friends, and The Tiny Chef Show.
Additionally, new release titles like A Complete Unknown, Godzilla Minus One, The Killer’s Game, and Oscar-winning films including Dune: Part 2, Conclave, and A Real Pain are now streaming. Premium TV content from platforms such as HBO Max, BBC, Disney+, and Paramount+ rounds out the entertainment offering.
