DTI Trustmark fees: Free for micro enterprises, discounts for small businesses

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has announced the fee structure for the E-Commerce Philippine Trustmark, giving micro and small enterprises significant incentives to register.

Under the scheme, all DTI-registered micro enterprises are entitled to a free Trustmark registration. Only minimal charges for processing apply:

  • ₱0 – Registration fee (free)
  • ₱100 – Web administration fee
  • ₱30 – Documentary stamp
    Total: ₱130

Small businesses, defined as those with total assets of more than ₱3 million up to ₱15 million, will receive a 50 percent discount on their registration fee. Their costs are:

  • ₱500 – Application fee (discounted)
  • ₱100 – Web administration fee
  • ₱30 – Documentary stamp
    Total: ₱630

Medium enterprises, with assets above ₱15 million, will be charged the full amount:

  • ₱1,000 – Application fee
  • ₱100 – Web administration fee
  • ₱30 – Documentary stamp
    Total: ₱1,130

The DTI emphasized that securing the Trustmark is mandatory for all online merchants, e-retailers, and digital platforms under Department Administrative Order (DAO) No. 25-12. To encourage wider participation, the agency has extended the registration deadline to December 31, 2025.
