DMCI Homes has become the seventh private developer to partner with the government under President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s Expanded Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program, aimed at providing more affordable housing opportunities for Filipino families.
The partnership was formalized through an agreement with the Home Development Mutual Fund, commonly known as Pag-IBIG Fund, on October 17, 2026.
Under the agreement, DMCI Homes will support the government’s efforts to expand access to affordable housing, particularly for Filipino families seeking to own their homes.
The collaboration forms part of the Marcos administration’s initiative to strengthen public-private partnerships in addressing the country’s housing needs.
Through the expanded 4PH Program, the government seeks to encourage greater participation from private developers in delivering housing projects accessible to more Filipinos.
DMCI Homes’ participation marks another development in the administration’s efforts to broaden housing opportunities through cooperation with the private sector.
The agreement with Pag-IBIG Fund is expected to help create additional pathways to homeownership for qualified Filipino families.
The Expanded 4PH Program remains a key housing initiative of the Marcos administration, focusing on improving access to decent and affordable homes.
