Global technology and services leader Concentrix is accelerating the Philippines’ rise as a digital transformation powerhouse with the unveiling of iX360, its immersive intelligent solutions experience center, alongside the launch of its newest operations site at GBF Tower 2 in Quezon City. The milestone marks another major investment in the country’s growing innovation ecosystem and reinforces the Philippines’ role as a global hub for technology-driven business solutions.

Dubbed “iX360 and GBF Site: Digital Journeys Reimagined,” the dual launch reflects Concentrix’s long-term commitment to the country—combining advanced technologies, AI-driven capabilities, world-class workplace design, and Filipino talent to deliver next-generation customer and business experiences at scale.

Government and industry leaders joined the event, including representatives from DICT, PEZA, TESDA, Quezon City LGU, CCAP, IBPAP, Fintech Alliance, Robinsons Land Corporation, and Philippine Airlines—highlighting the growing collaboration between public and private sectors in driving the country’s digital ambitions.

At the center of the expansion is iX360, an immersive innovation environment designed to allow clients and employees to explore, co-create, and experience intelligent solutions powered by artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics. More than a technology showcase, the facility offers organizations a hands-on opportunity to see how emerging technologies can reshape customer experience and operational performance through real-world simulations and collaborative innovation.

Complementing iX360 is Concentrix’s new GBF Tower operations site—its 52nd facility in the Philippines—which now houses nearly 4,000 employees supporting industries ranging from fintech and digital media to education, retail, transport, wellness, and utilities. Occupying seven floors and spanning nearly 20,000 square meters, the new workplace represents part of a combined ₱2-billion investment alongside iX360. The facility also features wellness-focused amenities including a gym, clinic, recreational spaces, sleeping quarters, shower rooms, and collaborative work environments designed for the future workforce.

For Concentrix, the expansion carries a broader message: technology and people thrive together.

“iX360 represents how we are bringing intelligent experience to life—where strategy, technology, and human ingenuity come together to create real business impact,” said Amit Jagga, Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer of Concentrix Philippines.

He emphasized that as AI and automation continue reshaping industries, the company remains focused on ensuring technology works alongside people—enhancing productivity, unlocking creativity, and creating stronger outcomes for clients and employees alike.

PEZA Deputy Director General Vivian Santos welcomed the initiative, saying the launch reflects the country’s progress in innovation while reinforcing the importance of public-private collaboration in building a more secure, inclusive, and globally competitive digital economy.

Meanwhile, Larah Sta. Maria, Vice President for Transformation and Shared Services at Concentrix Philippines, said transformation today goes beyond adopting new technology—it requires reimagining how people, systems, and platforms work together to create lasting impact.

“With iX360, we are creating an environment where ideas can be explored, solutions can be co-created, and innovation can be experienced in a way that drives both business growth and human potential forward,” she said.

With over 100,000 game-changers across more than 50 sites nationwide, Concentrix continues strengthening its footprint in the Philippines—not only as the country’s largest private employer, but also as a key partner in building a future-ready digital economy powered by innovation, AI, and Filipino talent.
