Career opportunities and employee wellbeing have earned Foundever Circle of Excellence distinctions for Top Employer of the Year and Wellness Company of the Year at the Asia CEO Awards 2026.

The recognitions highlight the customer experience company’s efforts in the Philippines to connect professional development with support that extends beyond the workplace—from healthcare access to financial literacy.

The Asia CEO Awards recognizes organizations and business leaders for their achievements and contributions to the Philippine business community. Its Circle of Excellence distinctions honor outstanding performance and leadership across several categories.

For Foundever, the latest honors build on previous Circle of Excellence recognitions in Top Employer, Service Excellence and Sustainability.

Opening doors from within
At the heart of Foundever’s approach to career development is Talent+, a program that gives employees structured pathways to advance through learning, coaching and certification.

In 2025, 78% of roles across the organization were filled internally, underscoring the company’s emphasis on helping employees build their careers within the business.

Technology also supports that development. Foundever’s AI-powered EverSuite provides digital tools for training, translation, collaboration and simpler workflows, helping employees build confidence in using emerging technology while carrying out their daily tasks.

Making wellbeing more accessible
Through its holistic wellness program, Thrive at Foundever, the company supports employees’ physical, mental, financial and social wellbeing.

Its annual nationwide benefits caravan, Bene-feast, brings resources closer to employees, including digital healthcare services, teleconsultations, medical concierge support and financial literacy materials.

Together, these initiatives link career advancement with practical support for employees’ everyday needs.

“These recognitions reflect an employee experience built around two things that matter deeply to our people: the opportunity to grow and the support to thrive,” said Eppie Titong III, Foundever chief operating officer for Asia-Pacific.

“By combining career development, technology and wellbeing support, we aim to create an environment where people can build their capabilities, pursue opportunities and move forward with confidence.”

The Asia CEO Awards distinctions join Foundever’s other workplace honors, including recognition from the Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards and HR Excellence Awards, as well as its inclusion among the Top Inspiring Workplaces in Asia for 2026.

For Foundever, the recognitions reinforce a workplace approach that puts career mobility and employee wellbeing at the center of its people programs.
