BOC Confiscates P807,000 Worth of Marijuana Hidden Inside Labubu Toys

The Bureau of Customs (BOC) intercepted P807,000 worth of high-grade marijuana at the Port of Clark after officers found the drugs hidden inside Labubu stuffed toy keychains.

The package, which contained about 538 grams of kush, came from Hong Kong and was addressed to a recipient in Biñan, Laguna. It arrived on November 15 and was flagged during x-ray screening.

Customs Commissioner Ariel Nepomuceno said the agency will keep tightening measures to block illegal drugs from entering the country.

Port of Clark District Collector Jairus Reyes added that their team remains on high alert and will continue proactive operations to keep communities safe.
