Bilib launches new single with Mon Confiado

P-pop group Bilib, composed of Yukito, JMAC, Clyde, RC, Zio, Carlo, and Rafael, released their seventh single, Gimme The Music, on November 15 at Victoria Sports Tower, Quezon City. The track features fellow AQ Prime Music artist ZeLa and a music video conceptualized by creative director RS Francisco.

RS shared, “We collaborated with veteran actor Mon Confiado, who was actually our first choice… That’s Mon Confiado. Mon or nothing.” Confiado played a pivotal role in the video, fully engaging with the group’s concept and performance.

Members expressed gratitude for the experience.

Bilib has been together for two years, living in a house provided by AQ Prime, facing challenges both as a group and a “family.” Leader Yukito said, “Hindi lang sa group, sa friendship, sa relationship in general, nangyayari talaga yung hardest part ng buhay… from there, talagang ayan na, para kaming magkakapatid na nag-aaway, nagkakaroon ng misunderstanding.”

RS and AQ Prime executives provided guidance, helping the group overcome conflicts. RS said, “Tuwing meron silang differences… walang sawang uuposa harap nila… i-explain sa kanila kung bakit dapat na mag-strive harder to co-exist and to soar greater heights.”

The single is now available on Spotify and iTunes, with the music video on Bilib’s YouTube channel. Fans attended the launch, forming close bonds with the group. JMAC noted, “Yung relationship po namin sa fans is very close po… Laging nagbibigay rin po ideas sa amin kung ano ang dapat naming i-portray sa P-Pop group namin.”

Bilib continues to push their music while maintaining strong support from AQ Prime and their dedicated fanbase.
