The Bonifacio Art Foundation, Inc. (BAFI) and Uratex are embarking on another decade together, renewing their 10-year partnership to bring science, art, and discovery closer to Filipino communities nationwide.
As one of the founding partners of The Mind Museum, Uratex has long been part of its mission to nurture curiosity and imagination. This renewed alliance strengthens their shared vision of making learning in science, math, and the arts not only accessible but truly inspiring for learners of all ages.
“We at Uratex want to reach as many Filipino communities as possible through innovations that improve everyday lives,” said Uratex President and CEO, Mrs. Natividad Cheng. “With BAFI’s engaging programs in music, math, and science spreading across the country, this partnership feels like a natural extension of our mission.”
For BAFI Managing Director and Curator Maria Isabel Garcia, the renewed collaboration is more than just support—it’s a genuine partnership. “Uratex doesn’t just provide resources. They are deeply invested in how we innovate and how we can make learning experiences better. That’s the kind of partner you dream of when pursuing a mission like ours.”
Uratex will continue to hold naming rights for some of The Mind Museum’s most iconic exhibits, including the Space Shell Planetarium, the Giant Orrery, and Dressed for Space. They will also have naming rights for an upcoming math-themed exhibit at the museum’s Technology Gallery.
But the partnership is not confined to the museum’s walls. Together, BAFI and Uratex are bringing imagination and innovation on the road:
- Traveling Exhibition: A groundbreaking, futures-oriented showcase will journey across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, exploring how humans, nature, and shared knowledge can build stronger communities.
- Mind Rover Missions: Uratex will co-sponsor four Mind Rover sorties across Visayas and Mindanao. This museum-on-wheels delivers interactive science learning to underserved public schools, reaching up to 1,000 students per sortie.
- Pinoy Playlist Music Festival 2025: Uratex will be a Supporting Partner of this annual celebration of Filipino musical artistry, which brings together icons, emerging talents, and cross-genre collaborations in one vibrant showcase.
Through these projects, BAFI and Uratex continue to inspire wonder, ignite curiosity, and foster creativity while strengthening community connections.
BAFI is a non-profit organization dedicated to championing science and the arts through The Mind Museum, the BGC Arts Center, Mind S-Cool, and the BGC Public Art Program.
