Ayala Corporation has once again proven why it stands as a pillar of Philippine business, emerging as the country’s top-ranked company in TIME and Statista’s prestigious World’s Best Companies 2025 list — its third consecutive year claiming the title.
This recognition underscores Ayala’s legacy of purpose-driven growth, blending profitability with a strong commitment to people and the planet. The 190-year-old conglomerate was celebrated for its outstanding employee satisfaction, impressive revenue growth, and industry-leading environmental, social, and governance (ESG) standards.
Ayala climbed to its highest global ranking yet at 210th, a leap from 273rd in 2024 and 309th in 2023. It leads ten other Philippine firms honored in this year’s index, which spotlights companies worldwide that generated over $100 million in revenues and maintained steady growth over the past three years.
“This recognition inspires us to be an even better Ayala as we journey to our 200th year. We share this with our employees and partners, whose hard work and support helped Ayala earn this honor,” said Ayala President and CEO Cezar P. Consing.
Ayala has consistently held the crown as the Philippines’ highest-ranked company since the TIME World’s Best Companies list began in 2023. Earlier this year, it also notched several global and regional accolades, with Ayala Corporation and its core businesses—ACEN, Ayala Land, BPI, and Globe—joining the FTSE4Good Index Series for their strong ESG practices. The conglomerate was likewise named one of the ASEAN region’s top 50 publicly listed companies and among the Philippines’ top five for excellence in corporate governance at the 2025 ASEAN Corporate Governance Conference and Awards.
Ayala’s latest milestone reaffirms its stature as a homegrown titan setting global benchmarks, proving that Philippine companies can lead on the world stage while staying true to their purpose. For more information, visit ayala.com.
