
AXA Philippines closed 2025 on a high note, sweeping seven major international and local award programs in a year that underscored its growing influence in digital innovation, governance excellence, employee engagement, and social impact.
The insurer earned recognition from the Global Insurance Innovation Awards 2025, Golden Arrow Awards 2025, 16th Asia CEO Awards 2025, Tripzilla Excellence Awards 2025, Marketech APAC’s NEXT Awards 2025, Great Place to Work Certification, and the Philippine Daily Inquirer and Statista’s Best Employers in the Philippines. Collectively, these honors reflect a company strengthening its position not only as a market leader, but as a purpose-driven organization redefining how insurance serves Filipinos.
At the Global Insurance Innovation Awards 2025, AXA Philippines was cited for Excellence in Digital Innovation and named Best Mobile Insurance App, recognizing its flagship platforms SWITCH and EMMA by AXA PH.

The 2025 Golden Arrow Awards recognized AXA Philippines as a top-performing insurance company for demonstrating excellence in corporate governance.
SWITCH simplifies the distributor experience through real-time updates and automated workflows, while EMMA empowers customers with seamless policy access, secure digital payments, and round-the-clock support—advances that place convenience and transparency at the center of the insurance journey.
Strong corporate stewardship also earned AXA Philippines a One Golden Arrow distinction from the Institute of Corporate Directors, following its performance under the Annual Corporate Governance Scorecard. The award highlights the company’s commitment to sound governance practices, risk management, and long-term stakeholder value.

Employee well-being and social responsibility remained central themes throughout the year. At the 16th Asia CEO Awards 2025, AXA Philippines was named a Circle of Excellence finalist for Wellness Company of the Year through its Awesome AXA program, and for CSR Company of the Year for its AXA Hearts in Action initiative.
These programs integrate holistic employee wellness with impactful community engagement, from reforestation efforts in Laguna and clean water projects to nationwide financial literacy drives and global volunteerism under AXA Week for Good.
In the travel insurance space, AXA’s customer-focused innovation also stood out. Its #GoBigWithAXASmartTraveller campaign received the Silver Award for Most Innovative Public Relations Campaign at Marketech APAC’s NEXT Awards 2025, promoting travel confidence through stronger protection.
Reinforcing this momentum, AXA Smart Traveller was once again named Best Travel Insurance (Single Trip) at the Tripzilla Excellence Awards 2025, marking its second straight year of recognition.
Internally, AXA Philippines’ culture of care continued to translate into measurable progress. The company was certified as a Great Place to Work® for the fifth consecutive year and made a remarkable climb in the Philippine Daily Inquirer and Statista’s Best Employers in the Philippines rankings—jumping from 203rd to 26th place among 300 companies.
