The northeast monsoon continues to shape weather conditions over Northern Luzon on Tuesday, the state weather bureau reported.
Pagasa said the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR) and Cagayan Valley may see overcast skies accompanied by light rain due to the prevailing amihan.
The weather system is also expected to bring occasional light showers over parts of the Ilocos Region and Central Luzon.
No significant rainfall events are forecast, as the monsoon’s effects remain generally weak.
Metro Manila and much of the rest of the country, meanwhile, may experience brief rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.
These rains are expected to be isolated and short-lived, particularly later in the day.
Pagasa added that Tropical Depression Ada (international name: Nokaen) remains under observation but is no longer influencing the country’s land areas.
