Zara Greenbelt reopens with a bold new look and smart tech

Zara Greenbelt reopens its most innovative store yet for Zara Philippines, featuring a refreshed image, new product display areas, and advanced technology to enhance customer service.

With more than 1,700 sqm of retail space, the newly refurbished store displays women’s, men’s and children’s fashion collections within an architectural concept designed entirely by the Zara Architecture studio. The interior is crafted as a spacious, clean, and neutral space to highlight the various collections on display.

Greenbelt features Zara’s latest retail concept for larger stores, equipped with advanced technology to provide customers with a seamless fashion experience integrated with the online platform. Services available through the brand’s app include fitting room reservations, in-store pickup for online orders within two hours, and an item search feature to check store stock availability.

Additional features include dedicated check-out areas for returns, automatic online returns point, an assisted self-checkout area, and a customer cardboard recycling station.

Commitment
As part of Zara’s commitment to efficient store design, construction and management, Zara Greenbelt has some of the most advanced eco-efficiency systems available.

Measures to reduce environmental impact include efficient heating and cooling systems, energy-saving LED lighting, and the use of environmentally friendly materials.

The store is connected to Inditex’s internal Inergy platform, which monitors the efficient consumption of the store’s air conditioning and electrical systems to enhance management, identify the most efficient solutions, improve maintenance, and develop strategies to reduce energy demand.

It also develops reuse and recycling programs to promote a circular economy, reduce waste, and minimize the use of raw materials. (MARY SY)
