Iran’s Health Ministry said on Saturday that US strikes since June 27 had killed 50 people and injured more than 500 others.
Hossein Kermanpour, head of the ministry’s Public Relations and Information Center, said the fatalities included five women and two children or teenagers younger than 18.
He added that 32 women and 18 children and teenagers were among those wounded in the attacks.
The casualty figures were posted on X, the social media platform owned by a US company.
Tensions in the Middle East have remained high as the United States and Iran continued exchanging attacks.
The latest violence came despite a Pakistan-brokered memorandum of understanding signed by both countries in June.
The agreement was intended to end the conflict and pave the way for a lasting peace settlement.
Fighting has continued in the weeks since the deal, raising concerns over the stability of the ceasefire efforts.
