The state-of-the-art system, formerly in use at the UPS Clark Hub, has been officially turned over to the Philippine Air Force to enhance cargo handling at the base.
Designed to move goods swiftly and efficiently, the conveyor belt is expected to significantly improve the flow of supplies, equipment, and other critical materials, supporting the Air Force’s mission with faster turnaround times and smoother ground operations.
The donation reflects UPS Philippines’ broader effort to invest in infrastructure that supports trade, operational readiness, and community resilience. Now repurposed for use at Clark Air Base, it stands as a practical example of how private sector assets can continue to deliver value in public service, even beyond their original commercial use.
