Two lucky bettors from Bulacan and Zamboanga del Sur will split the PHP50.9-million jackpot prize from Sunday night’s MegaLotto 6/45 draw, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) announced Monday.
The winning tickets were purchased at Waltermart along McArthur Highway in Guiguinto, Bulacan, and along Urro St., San Francisco District in Pagadian City. The winning combination was 16-09-25-17-10-15, with a total jackpot of PHP50,952,075.80.
Winners have one year to claim their prize at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City, presenting the winning ticket and two valid IDs. Prizes above PHP10,000 are subject to a 20-percent tax, and unclaimed prizes after one year will be forfeited.
Meanwhile, 46 bettors won PHP120,000 each for five correct numbers, 1,692 bettors won PHP2,000 each for four, and 22,309 bettors received PHP100 each for three correct digits.
The PCSO reminded the public that proceeds from its games support the government’s various charity programs.
