TikTok influencers Lenie Aycardo and Hajie Alejandro surprised fans by announcing their marriage on January 3.
The couple shared the news in a 23-minute YouTube video featuring footage from their intimate civil wedding ceremony.
“Biglaan lang ito lahat, guys. So, kung hindi kami nakapag-update sa TikTok, sa Facebook, pati kami, nabigla,” Hajie said.
The pair revealed that they learned the date just a week prior, on December 27. “Plan naman talaga naming magpakasal na nung January kaso wala nga kaming date. Wala kaming nakukuhang date, and sabay sabi nung coordinator ‘January 3 daw po ang available na date.’ Tapos nagulat na lang kami ni Hajie, eto na, sobrang rushed na,” Lenie said.
While the couple plans a more elaborate wedding in the future, they are currently focused on Lenie’s pregnancy.
For the ceremony, Lenie wore a short white dress with a sweetheart neckline, while Hajie donned a black suit with a white shirt.
Lenie and Hajie are known for their popular TikTok content, including the Asoka makeup transformation and “Piliin Mo Ang Pilipinas” challenge.
