Claiming the crown was Rosé, whose understated elegance and global influence secured her the top spot. Just a few ranks behind, Filipina superstar Andrea Brillantes landed an impressive fourth overall, reaffirming her status as one of the most recognizable and admired faces of her generation.
Andrea’s high placement continues a remarkable run with TC Candler, following her historic number-one finish the previous year. But she was far from alone. Nine other Filipinas made the cut, turning the list into a quiet celebration of Pinay beauty in all its forms.
Among those joining her were Liza Soberano, whose near-decade-long streak on the list remains unmatched, and Kim Chiu, a familiar favorite with enduring appeal.
