Primex Realty, Dusit International ink deal for luxury hotel in Greenhills

Primex Realty Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of publicly listed Primex Corp., has signed a hotel management agreement with Dusit International to develop a new luxury hotel in Greenhills, San Juan.

The 200-room property, to be named Dusit Greenhills Manila, is set to open in late 2026. The hotel will occupy the top 10 floors of the upcoming 50-story Primex Tower, a mixed-use development that will also house premium office and retail spaces.

The partnership marks a key step in Primex’s expansion into the high-end hospitality sector and reflects both companies’ commitment to raising standards in luxury accommodations.

The hotel will also offer modern meeting facilities tailored for both business and leisure travelers.
