PlayTime launches PlayTime Entertainment to drive next growth phase

PlayTime has formally established PlayTime Entertainment as its new group holding company, marking a strategic shift that positions the organization for expansion across a wider spectrum of entertainment and digital lifestyle ventures.

The new structure creates a multi-division framework designed to sharpen focus, strengthen governance, and accelerate innovation. As part of this transition, PlayTime’s existing gaming operations will move under PT Gaming, which will operate as a standalone division with its own management team, dedicated resources, and full profit-and-loss accountability.

“PlayTime Entertainment reflects how our company has evolved—from a single line of business into a broader entertainment platform,” said Krizia Cortez, Director of Public Relations of PlayTime Entertainment.

“By giving each division autonomy over strategy and execution, we empower our teams to move faster and think bigger, while staying anchored to a shared long-term vision,” Cortez added.

This setup allows each business unit to pursue its market opportunities with greater agility while remaining aligned with the group’s overarching direction.

The company underscored that technology and digital capability have always been central to PlayTime’s success. Its strengths in data-driven product development, digital operations, and user engagement now serve as the foundation for the group’s next stage of growth.

Under PlayTime Entertainment, these capabilities will be leveraged as the company selectively ventures into digital content, sports-related initiatives, and AI-driven creative platforms.
