The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) has once again proven its dedication to quality public service, earning its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) recertification on June 9, 2025.
This prestigious international standard recognizes the PCSO’s efficiency and excellence across core operations—including gaming services, prize claims, and critical support functions.
The official recertification was presented at the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City by Romeo Zamora, Managing Director of DQS Certification Philippines Inc. Receiving the award were Chairperson Retired Judge Felix Reyes, General Manager Melquiades Robles, Board Members Jennifer Guevara, Janet Mercado, and Imelda Papin, along with Assistant General Managers Atty. Lauro Patiag, Arnel Casas, Julieta Aseo, and Atty. Lyssa Grace Pagano.

Now on its third consecutive ISO recertification, PCSO continues to raise the bar in operational excellence, good governance, and continuous improvement—all in service of the Filipino people.
“We are deeply honored by this achievement,” said GM Robles. “This isn’t just about meeting standards—it’s about proving the dedication and integrity of the people behind PCSO who work every day to serve the public with transparency, accountability, and compassion.”
The ISO 9001:2015 standard is globally recognized as the benchmark for quality management systems, ensuring that organizations meet customer and regulatory requirements while enhancing overall performance.
For PCSO, the certification reinforces its mission to run trustworthy gaming operations and maximize revenue for funding charitable programs across the nation—making every peso bet count for those in need.
