LIPA CITY, Batangas — The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office continued to strengthen its community partnerships after turning over a ₱500,000 grant to Lingap Pangarap ng Mga Paslit Center, Inc. under the Institutional Partnership Program (IPP) during a ceremonial check turnover at the PCSO Batangas Branch Office on December 15, 2025.

The financial assistance was formally received by Andrea Lontoc, president of the organization, from Branch Head Brenda de Guzman and social worker Mary Rose Ebora. The grant is expected to help sustain and expand the center’s programs dedicated to the care, protection, and development of children under its supervision.

The occasion also marked the formal inclusion of Lingap Pangarap ng Mga Paslit Center, Inc. as one of PCSO’s newest partner institutions under the IPP, signaling the start of a closer collaboration aimed at widening the reach and impact of its social welfare initiatives across the province.

Among the programs supported is the group’s flagship Care Meals on Wheels initiative, which delivers food assistance to various sectors in Batangas.

Beneficiaries include caregivers at the Batangas Medical Center, persons deprived of liberty at the Batangas City Jail, workers and helpers at the Batangas Fishport, as well as identified schoolchildren in different communities.

The turnover underscores PCSO’s ongoing commitment to channel gaming revenues into meaningful social interventions through its Institutional Partnership Program, reinforcing its mandate to uplift marginalized sectors—particularly children—through sustained cooperation with grassroots organizations and responsible, community-based programs.
