Philippine Airlines has expanded its FurPAL program to cover all local routes, enabling passengers to travel with small dogs in the cabin.

Under the program, one-way fares for pets are set at P2,500 for dogs weighing up to 10 kilograms, at least eight weeks old, and fully weaned.

Passengers may bring a maximum of one pet each, with up to three small dogs allowed per flight.

The airline said the expansion aims to give travelers more opportunities to fly safely and comfortably with their pets.

Animals must remain in soft-sided, leak-proof carriers equipped with pee pads and ventilation, and carriers must be placed under the seat throughout the journey.

The FurPAL program was first introduced in November 2025, initially covering flights to Boracay, Bohol, and Siargao.

PAL emphasized the importance of pet safety and comfort during air travel as part of its commitment to passenger experience.

The airline said the move positions it as a pioneer in pet-friendly air travel in the Philippines.
