In a vlog episode of Showbiz Update with Mama Loi on November 26, Ogie directly addressed the issue. When asked by Mama Loi, “Nay, si Chloe San Jose ba yung tinutukoy mo?” (Mom, are you referring to Chloe San Jose?) Ogie firmly denied the assumption.
Ogie confirmed that Chloe’s statements in her video were accurate and reiterated that the influencer described in the blind item was not Chloe. He explained that he intentionally left the person unnamed in his post, as his purpose was not to target or implicate anyone specifically.
“I don’t share blind items to hurt anyone or create misunderstandings. My aim is to entertain and tell stories, not to pinpoint or embarrass individuals,” Ogie stated.
