Filipino dancer and content creator Niana Guerrero reached another milestone in her career by making her debut at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
Niana performed alongside American singer-songwriter d4vd during his set, dancing to his Billboard-charting single “Feel It.” A clip of her performance, shared by UMG Philippines, quickly made the rounds on social media, earning praise from fans.
She also gave followers a peek behind the scenes on Instagram, writing: “First Coachella ever!!! Day one went crazzyy. @d4vddd URE THE BEST 🙂↕️🙂↕️ also lady GAGGEDD.” In response, d4vd posted a short but heartfelt “Thank you Niana!” on his Instagram Stories.
Supporters flooded the comments with congratulatory messages. “You nailed your first Coachella, Niana! So proud of you,” one fan said. Another added, “I’m so happy for you Niana!”
This Coachella moment follows another international feat—her backstage appearance with K-pop icon J-Hope during his Manila concert. The two filmed a TikTok dance challenge to his single “Mona Lisa,” which has now garnered over 24 million views. “Thanks for coming!” J-Hope wrote in his TikTok post, tagging Niana.
Earlier in 2024, Niana also joined TikTok’s elite “1 billion likes” club. “Being part of the ‘1 billion club’ feels surreal,” she said in an interview with Metro, crediting her fans for the achievement. “I feel like taking care of those [connections] and maintaining them is a great achievement.”
d4vd’s debut album Withered is set to drop on April 25.
