NEXTASIA Land Inc. has officially launched NEXTASIA Barcelona, a 22-hectare boutique township designed to redefine modern community living in Southern Luzon. Drawing inspiration from classic European townships while responding to the realities of today’s Filipino homeowners, the development positions itself as a new benchmark for elevated yet accessible living.
The launch comes at a pivotal moment for the region, coinciding with the anticipated completion of South Luzon Expressway Toll Road 4.
