Photos posted on his official social media account showed the President alongside First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos and their sons Simon and Vinny during a casual meal.
The family was seen sharing a boodle fight lunch, a traditional Filipino dining style where food is laid out on a long table for communal eating.
Observers noted that Marcos appeared to have regained some weight following his bout with diverticulitis earlier this year.
In a separate Easter message, the President reflected on the significance of the occasion, saying it represents hope and renewal, and encourages unity and compassion among Filipinos.
Malacañang had earlier said Marcos would remain in Ilocos Norte throughout Holy Week before returning to Manila by the weekend.
Palace officials also clarified that the President continued performing his duties while outside the capital.
According to his office, Marcos monitored developments and issued directives remotely, particularly in addressing the ongoing energy situation.
