Marcos joins top Philippine business leaders at Forbes Global CEO Conference in Singapore

MANILA – President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. joined some of the Philippines’ leading business executives at the Forbes Global CEO Conference held in Singapore from October 7 to 8, highlighting the participation of prominent Filipino business figures in the international gathering.

Among those who joined the President were San Miguel Corporation President and CEO Ramon Ang, SM Investments Corporation Vice Chairperson Teresita Sy-Coson, and businessman Dennis Anthony Uy.

Also present were Finance Secretary Frederick Go, members of the Tan business family, including Lucio Tan III, Kyle Tan and Michael Tan, as well as Sabin Aboitiz and his wife Bettina Araneta.

Mariana Zobel de Ayala was also among the Philippine business leaders who attended the conference.

The Forbes Global CEO Conference brings together business executives, investors and corporate leaders from different countries to discuss economic developments, investment opportunities and challenges affecting global industries.

The participation of prominent Philippine business leaders provided an opportunity for engagement with international executives and investors, particularly in areas involving trade, investment and economic cooperation.

The gathering also highlighted the presence of major Philippine conglomerates representing industries such as banking, infrastructure, energy, telecommunications, manufacturing and property development.
