The Manila Cathedral in Intramuros, Manila, will hold a weeklong exhibit featuring photographs from last month’s conclave that elected Pope Leo XIV. The exhibit is scheduled to run from June 28 to July 6 and will showcase memoirs of the conclave by Manila Archbishop Cardinal Jose Advincula, along with artifacts from the Order of St. Augustine.
This exhibit is part of the commemoration of Pope’s Day on June 29, which will mark the first celebration for Pope Leo XIV.
The conclave took place from May 7 to 8 at the Vatican and was attended by 133 cardinals, including Advincula, as well as two other Filipino cardinals, Cardinal Luis Antonio Tagle and Cardinal Pablo Virgilio David. Pope Leo XIV succeeded Pope Francis, who passed away on April 21 at the age of 88.
