The Land Transportation Office (LTO) 6 has condemned a reckless stunt performed by an individual in Western Visayas, allegedly for vlog (video log) content.
The suspect, a resident of Barangay Bakhaw in the Mandurriao District of Iloilo City, was caught on video dancing on top of a moving tricycle while wearing only his underwear and a crash helmet. He was accompanied by three others, one of whom is a minor. Another companion was seen wearing a festival headdress.
The incident occurred around 1 a.m. on July 31, 2025, along Diversion Road in Mandurriao. The LTO has expressed concern over such dangerous behavior, emphasizing the need for responsible conduct on the roads to ensure the safety of all individuals.
