K-Logistikus opens Bicol hub to speed up regional deliveries

K-Logistikus Philippines is expanding deeper into the regions as it strengthens its nationwide logistics network with the opening of a new cross-dock hub in Tabaco City, Albay.

The 1,500-square-meter Bicol Crossdock Hub is designed to help businesses move goods faster across the region, shorten delivery lead times, and respond more efficiently to shifting consumer demand.

Strategically located along the Tabaco-Ligao Road, the facility will serve as a key distribution gateway to Camarines Sur, Sorsogon, Catanduanes, and Masbate, improving connectivity between mainland Bicol and nearby island provinces.

For K-Logistikus, the expansion reflects growing demand for faster, more flexible logistics solutions as companies seek to build more efficient and resilient supply chains.

“Bicol is an important growth corridor, and strengthening our presence in the region allows us to better support the evolving needs of businesses and the communities they serve,” said Sulficio O. Tagud Jr., President and CEO of K-Logistikus Philippines.

“Our new cross-dock hub enables us to move products closer to key markets, shorten delivery lead times, and respond more quickly to customer demand,” he added.

With capacity to handle up to 20 outbound trucks daily, the hub is positioned near major retail centers and transport routes, allowing faster movement of fast-moving consumer goods and other products throughout the region.

The facility is operated by K-Logistikus’ Contract Logistics and Crossdock teams, which manage cargo handling, inventory movement, and distribution from inbound receipt through final delivery.

By bringing inventory closer to customers and key markets, the hub can help businesses reduce replenishment times, optimize delivery schedules, and improve overall cost efficiency.

Tagud said the expansion also strengthens the company’s ability to provide demand-driven logistics services that support the long-term growth of its partners.

The Bicol Crossdock Hub forms part of K-Logistikus’ broader nationwide expansion strategy as the company invests in logistics infrastructure in key economic corridors across the Philippines.

Beyond improving supply-chain efficiency, the new facility is expected to contribute to regional economic activity by strengthening the flow of goods and supporting businesses seeking to expand their reach across Bicol.

With the new hub, K-Logistikus is positioning itself closer to customers—and closer to one of the country’s emerging growth markets—as it builds a faster and more responsive logistics network nationwide.
