Jollibee Group unites suppliers to propel global growth and sustainability goals

The Jollibee Group recently hosted its 2025 Global Supplier Summit, bringing together more than 270 suppliers from both local and international markets. The two-day event aimed to strengthen collaboration and align partners with the company’s ambitious growth and sustainability agenda.

With the theme “Future-Ready: Strengthening Partnerships, Powering Possibilities,” the summit served as a key platform for sharing strategic updates, exchanging ideas, and exploring innovation opportunities. The initiative supports Jollibee Group’s five-year roadmap toward global expansion and operational excellence.

Collaborating across borders
On the first day, suppliers from the Philippines and various global markets participated in plenary discussions and panel sessions. Topics included the company’s strategic direction, advancements in procurement and responsible sourcing, and enhancements in quality management systems.

“Suppliers are essential to our growth strategy,” said Ernesto Tanmantiong, President and CEO of Jollibee Group. “Together, we’re building a global, future-ready supply chain rooted in quality, efficiency, innovation, and sustainability.”

Company leaders offered insights into how suppliers can contribute to Jollibee Group’s expansion, with particular focus on responsible sourcing practices, food safety, and the company’s sustainability program, Joy for Tomorrow.

The day concluded with the Supplier Awards Ceremony, recognizing partners who have significantly contributed to enhancing customer experience and aligning with Jollibee Group’s strategic goals.

Day two focused on innovation, featuring breakout sessions with selected strategic suppliers. These workshops explored collaborative opportunities in product development, operations, and sustainability.

“As we pursue our long-term global vision, progress will depend on strong, purpose-driven partnerships,” Tanmantiong added. “This summit goes beyond alignment—it’s about co-creating the future with partners who share our vision and values.”
