Just days before the official start of the campaign period for the 2025 National and Local Elections, the Jesus is Lord (JIL) Church Worldwide announced the formation of an executive committee dedicated to choosing candidates and urging Christian groups to vote only for God-fearing and righteous leaders.
This significant announcement was made during the annual “Vision Casting 2025” event, which gathered over 15,000 pastors and church leaders at the Mall of Asia Arena.
Led by Founder and Spiritual Director Bishop Bro. During the event, Eddie Villanueva, the JIL Church Worldwide, emphasized the importance of strategic visioning for the future. Among the notable attendees were Senate President Chiz Escudero and Senator Joel Villanueva.
The committee comprises experienced JIL pastors from across the Philippines and around the globe, representing thousands of churches in the country and 70 nations worldwide.

In his speech, Bro. Eddie Villanueva underscored the JIL’s commitment to nation-building and public service, stating, “The good people must stand up and fight for truth, justice, and righteousness.”
The committee includes representatives from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. They are Ptr. Domeng Rivera, Ptr. Daisy Quilates, Ptr. Alex Garcia, Ptr. Addie Asi, Ptr. Noel Casimpoy, Ptr. Beng Magallanes, Ptr. Fernando Jacolbe and Ptr. Silver Caballes.
This newly established executive committee will play a critical role in fostering informed decision-making among millions of JIL members and ensuring that the church’s core values are used as criteria in selecting candidates for the upcoming elections.
