HSBC Philippines has appointed Pramoth Rajendran as its new Head of International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) for the Philippines, pending regulatory approval. In this role, Rajendran will lead the bank’s IWPB division, focusing on driving performance and implementing growth strategies in the country.
Rajendran is a seasoned banking professional with 20 years of experience spanning strategy, product development, analytics, sales, and risk management. His career with HSBC began in Australia, followed by roles in the Asia regional office in Hong Kong and, most recently, as Head of International Wealth and Premier Banking in Vietnam.
