The teaser offers a sweeping glimpse into the mythical Viking world, reintroducing fans to the unlikely bond between the young outcast Hiccup and the elusive Night Fury dragon, Toothless. With stunning visuals and high-stakes action, the trailer showcases the duo’s early connection as they take to the skies together for the first time. From daring aerial stunts to tense encounters with other dragons, the footage captures the heart and thrill of the original story — now grounded in a more realistic setting.

Returning to helm the remake is Dean DeBlois, who directed and co-wrote the original 2010 animated hit. This time, he takes on triple duty as writer, director, and producer, aiming to preserve the emotional depth and adventurous spirit that made the original film a modern classic.

Set for a theatrical release on June 13, the film brings back the story of a misfit Viking teenager whose world is turned upside down when he discovers that dragons aren’t the fearsome enemies his village believes them to be. His journey of friendship, courage, and self-discovery begins when he forms a life-changing bond with Toothless — one of the most feared dragons of all.

With a legacy of critical acclaim and a massive fan base, the live-action How to Train Your Dragon is poised to captivate both longtime fans and newcomers with a bold new take on a cherished tale.
